Chief Operating Officer

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for providing leadership in all activities related to the development and delivery of the company’s technology from software design, software development, quality assurance, release, enhancement, and implementation.
Lead the execution of strategies developed by the CEO.
Oversee the day to day running of the company.
Responsible for delivering results on a day to day, quarter to quarter basis.
Keeps the business performing at its peak.
Able to lead a specific strategic imperative such as a turnaround, major organizational change, or a planned rapid expansion.
Develops strategies to increase revenue and also coordinates the final performance of the company.
Work with senior management to create product strategy and roadmaps.
Lead product managers and coordinate cross-functional teams.
Make creative recommendations to expand product base and vision.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Prior senior level management experience is required.
Experience in product lifecycle management and software development.
BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or related field.
10-15 years relevant experience in the IT sector is required.
