Talent Acquisition Specialist Bid Engineer

Job Description

We are currently in search of a Talent acquisition Specialist on full term engagement who will handle the talent acquisition cycle from recruitment to exit.

Key Responsibilities

Effectively utilize tools such as search engines, job boards, LinkedIn and social channels to source candidates
Demonstrate success in direct sourcing techniques to include cold calling and internet searches
Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
Determine selection criteria – Design JDs and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements
Create strong talent pipelines for the Organization
Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
Lead employer branding initiatives
Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department
Gain market intelligence including and understanding of the talent landscape
And other duties as assigned
