Ensure Field Force Automation Systems is fully operational and all data is entered appropriately.
Preparation of Daily/ Weekly/ Monthly/Quarterly sales & distribution reports (and sales analysis) territory alignment/coverage and statistical forecasts.
Organize field force cash floats and expenses preparation and monitoring.
Accurate and updated record keeping for GIT (goods in transit).
Ensure timely delivery of goods and appropriate documentation that goods have been received by customers and company reps and distributors.
Processing invoicing for all sales transactions.
Supporting the sales force with general operations to help team’s objectives.
Drive the SOP process for Sales Operations and Invoicing.
Monitors the accuracy and efficient distribution of sales reports and other intelligence essential to the sales organization.
Recommends revisions to existing reports, or assists in the development of new reporting tools as needed.
Coordinates training delivery to sales, sales management, and sales support personnel in the sales organization supported.
Provide input to senior leadership in the development and administration of sales incentive compensation programs.
Directs and supports the consistent implementation of company initiatives.
Builds peer support and strong internal-company relationships with other key management personnel.
Monitoring of daily and weekly national sales statistics report to the company
Monthly/periodic sales achievement and year-to-date- sales analysis

Requirements

Degree in relevant field
Minimum of 6 years’ sales operations experience
Experience in strategic planning and execution
Knowledge of structuring sales quota and revenue expectations
Proven experience in planning, executing and delivery of Sales strategies
People Management experience
Exceptional verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
Experience with financial management including budget planning and preparation of reports
Experience with managing Sales Support teams with demonstrated new sales track record & quota attainment
Business related computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite.
Sales Training Skills.
