Front Desk Officer

KEY RESPONSIBILIES

Answer all Incoming calls and handle callers inquires whenever possible with ability to use switchboard system.
Re-directing calls as appropriate and take adequate messages when required
Greet, assist and direct visitors.
Support the Admin
Provide office support services in order to ensure efficiency and effectiveness within the office.
Receive and deliver all company letters.
Booking travel reservations and car hire services.
Maintain the general filling system and file all general correspondence.
Assist in the planning and preparation of meeting conference telephone calls.
Maintain an adequate inventory of office supplies.
Respond to customer inquiries.
Coordinate the repair and maintenance of office equipment.
Develop and maintain a current and accurate filing system for all invoices.
Maintain all records for all Insurance issues for the company
Maintain all Drivers and Cleaners issues including welfare.
Keeping proper records on all purchasing issues and payment.
Accuracy & timeliness of reports/information.
Personal development-courses/seminars.
Any other tasks incidental to and assigned from time and time

CORE REQUIREMENTS

First Degree in business administration, secretarial studies or related field. Minimum of 2.2
This role, supervises administrative personnel, so should understand and be able to interpret admin duties.
Experience in Customer Services (Product/Service) is highly desirable
Reside on the Island
