Logistics Data Entry and Analysis Officer

Nationals onlyJOB SUMMARY:  The Data Entry Officer will be responsible for the right data entry and analysis regarding procurement, contract and warehouse management in an excel spreadsheet based tracking system, uploading in an internal Database, ensure filing system is reflected in the software system.Essential Responsibilities:

Support the warehouse and procurement team  in reporting and ensuring that the filing system is uploaded in the  online system
Support implementation of Data analysis strategies in collaboration with the warehouse and procurement Manager in order to develop a viable data entry system and also identify gaps
In collaboration with the  Supply Chain Coordinator develop an action plan for activities and clear deadlines, including a reporting schedule from country office or field
 Field office  to ensure proper implementation of reporting procedures, this will include working with the local warehouse and logistics Staff
Responsible for archiving documents for easy access
Entering Data into the procurement tracking sheet, vendor registration, Vendor rating, tool contract tracking and follow up of procurement team

Working relationship

Proactively engage with your supervisor and key program and support Staff to ensure sufficient funding for asset is incorporated during planning:
Proactively engage regularly with regional IMC logistics team and Program Managers to ensure adequate and appropriate links and coordination support

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

Bsc in Logistics, Warehouse Management, Business Administration or Information Technology from a recognized university.
At least three years post NYSC or discharge certificate 
Ability to analyze information
Must have problem solving and technical presentation skills.
Excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills, and attention to details.
Must be competent in operating Microsoft Office Suite applications, especially MS word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Ability to understand and follow procurement procedures
Must be a Nigerian citizen.
