Personal Assistant to CEO

Job Descrption
The Personal Assistant  will be responsible for providing a resourceful and responsive administrative, organizational support to the CEO by scheduling meetings, appointments and other itinerary as assigned

Provide Administarative assistant to the CEO
Filter emails, highlight urgent correspondence and print attachments.
Schedule client appointments, answering calls, taking notes during meetings.
Acts as the first point of contact for the CEO’s Office and guarantees the image of all departments internally and externally.
Arranges all aspects concerning travel i.e. detailed agendas, schedules, flights, hotel reservations, transfers, visas.
Administers the calendars and meeting schedules together with arranging meeting resources where appropriate.
It is desired that the ideal candidate have some form of international exposure OR have previously worked in a multinational organisation.
Assist with ad-hoc project work where clearly defined administrative support is required.

Education/ Experience/ Requirements

Should possess a first degree from any reputable university
0 – 2 years post NYSC experience
We desire a candidate with some International exposure
Must be proficient with the Mircosoft Office Tools -, Word, Excel, Powerpoint.
Excellent organizational/ Interpersonal skills, with an ability to multi-task.
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to work under pressure
