To provide a point of contact for incoming telephone calls and messages, granting access to the building, provide administrative support, and the highest level of customer service for clients, staff, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

Provide administrative support for the Lagos team.
Meet, greet, assist and direct guests.
Answer and make calls, book appointments professionally and promptly.
Data entry, filing and record keeping as may be directed.
Access control into building and maintenance of a warm, professional ambiance.
Participate in agency activities and committees as needed or desired.
Accurately document all activities. Notify appropriate supervisor and/or manager of any critical incidents or emergencies.
Take messages, route incoming paperwork and calls to appropriate staff members.
Update and maintain client information.

Key Requirements

2-3 years experience in Front Desk Management/Administration.
B.Sc in any related discipline.
Good computer skills.
Exceptional communication skills and good telephone and e-mail etiquette.
Must be calm, mature and courteous.
Ability to work under stress, must be firm regardless of visitors behavior.
Attentive, well groomed and dependable.
Loyal and expected to perform multiple tasks adequately.
Ability to make good judgments and sound decisions.

Salary 1,000,000 P/A.
