We seek motivated, outcome-focused Field Sales Executives to strengthen our expanding team. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who thrive on interpersonal engagement, cultivating client connections, and exceeding sales targets, offering substantial financial incentives alongside professional advancement.

Monthly compensation is set at ₱80,000, excluding additional benefits and allowances.

Eligible employees may qualify for an $8,000 bonus awarded for perfect attendance, provided all attendance criteria are consistently met throughout the evaluation period.

Achievement of the established objective triggers a $10,000 performance incentive award.

A discretionary annual performance bonus of up to $10,000 is available, contingent upon achieving three consecutive successful outcomes.

Following the successful completion of the initial three-month probationary period, employees will be eligible for a salary adjustment, contingent upon meeting performance expectations and other relevant criteria.

Rewards are offered for surpassing collective performance targets established for the team.

Job Details

Demonstrate company products and foster strong relationships with both prospective and current clients to drive sales growth and enhance customer satisfaction.

Develop and nurture enduring client connections across your designated territory.

Proactively pursue prospective opportunities and expedite the conversion of leads into successful sales agreements.

Exceed both individual and collective sales objectives by consistently meeting or surpassing established benchmarks.

Oversee the creation and upkeep of precise sales documentation while preparing and submitting detailed performance reports to ensure comprehensive tracking and analysis of sales activities.

Requirement

Seeking candidates with a proven track record in external sales engagements, ideally within a field-based role.

Skilled in fostering effective communication and collaborating seamlessly within team environments.

With a confident demeanor, dynamic energy, and a relentless ambition to achieve results, the ideal candidate demonstrates an unwavering commitment to excellence and personal growth.

Proficient in utilizing standard computer applications and navigating digital platforms with ease.

Individuals interested in this opportunity should be located in or close to Lagos.

Monday through Saturday, the work schedule spans from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM daily.
