Restaurant Supervisor

Job Requirements

The ideal candidate should have minimum of three (3) years experience in hospitality industry.
Must have good interpersonal relationship and supervisory skills.
Coordinate daily Front of the House and Back of the House restaurant operations.
Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction.
Respond efficiently and accurately to customer inquiries and complaints.
Regularly review product quality received from vendors.
Order stock supplies and monitor stock levels.
Manage restaurant’s good image, profitability and suggest ways to improve it
Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste.

Qualification

Minimum of HND/First degree in Home & Hotel Management/Food Tech or related field.
