Production Coordinator

Job Description

Schedules and coordinates flow of work within or between sections of confectionery plant to expedite production: Reviews master production schedule and work orders, establishes priorities for specific customer orders, and revises schedule according to work order.
Reschedules identical processes to eliminate duplicate machine setups.
Distributes work orders to sections, denoting number, type, and proposed completion date of units to be produced.
Compiles reports concerning progress of work and downtime due to failures of machines and equipment to apprise production planning personnel of production delays.
Maintains inventory of materials and parts needed to complete production.

Requirements

Candidate must possess OND in Food Science & Technology or Catering and hotel management.
Candidate must have 2 years working experience in catering or pastry.
Candidate must have the ability to work with little or no supervision.
Preferred candidate should reside within Ogba, Ojodu, Ikeja and environs.
