Quality Management System (QMS) Adviser

Job Description

Ensure that processes needed for the Quality Management System (QMS) are established, implemented and maintained
Monitoring the quality objectives that have been established and reporting observations to appropriate management personnel
Ensure that document control for policies, procedures, processes and forms are maintained and consistent.
Update and maintain databases used for Quality reporting
Assess emerging trends and ensure that QA processes are continually revised to address emerging challenges and opportunities.
Co-ordinate continual improvements of the QMS, ensuring that evidence of corrective and preventive actions and the QMS as a whole are recorded, stored and reviewed.
Assist in attaining quality certifications/accreditations for ISO 9001
Liaise with the external assessment body on matters related to the ISO certification process

Requirements

Graduate with at least 4 years experience in a quality role including business process and controls documentation, inspection, auditing and testing experience.
Direct experience and knowledge of Quality Management Systems and implementation of ISO 9001/2015, ISO 14001 Standards.
Experience performing and assessing risk/impact assessments an added advantage.
Strong experience in dealing with different stakeholder groups / interests across an organization
