Job Description
Scheduling meetings, and keeping an up-to-date activities calendar for the Managing Director;
Reading and responding to emails
Taking minutes of meetings attended with the Managing Director and for other meetings as directed;
Overseeing travel arrangements for the Managing Director including booking flights and accommodation;
Making and answering phone call
Disbursing of requested items from the store
Responsible for up-to-date filling of stock and bin cards
Monthly reconciliation of stock cards with the Accounts department
Assist in the effective stock management of corporate gift items and other goods in the store;
Manage the filing, storage and security of documents.
Partakes in the monthly stock count of corporate gifts and other items in the store
File and maintains a comprehensive employee personnel records system for all employees, including insurance/benefit forms, personnel action forms, pay history, performance evaluations, promotions, bonuses etc.
Ensure that staff attendance records are accurately filled.
