The client is looking for someone with below requirements;
Previous HR experience in a small or large OilandGas servicing/contracting firm
Strong knowledge of Local and International labour laws
Team management experience including developing and coaching
Budget Management
Recruitment experience and understanding of best practice
Knowledge of compensation and benefits package in the oil servicing/contracting sector
Excellent at building relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Proactive in suggesting ways of improving processes
Advanced IT skills.
BSc/MSc in Human Resources or other relevant field
Additional Certification in Personnel Management (CIPD or SPHR) is a plus
Minimum of 5 years in Senior Management position
International experience is a Plus.
Must have Oil and Gas experience.
