Job Responsibilities
Creation of financial transactions and creating financial reports from that information.
Posting information to accounting journals or accounting software from such source documents as invoices to customers, cash receipts, and supplier invoices.
Reconciles accounts to ensure their accuracy.
Administer all accounts and budgets for various department and raise purchase order for payment
Managing banking relationships
Collaborate with the account manager to prepare financial reports on a monthly basis
Prepare various financial reports and submit to regualtory agencies
Requirements
HND, OND or ATS in Accounting with working knowledge of accounting softwares such as SAGE, Peachtree, Quckbooks & Tally etc.
Three (3) years of experience as an account officer in an organized company
