A leading furniture manufacturing company requires an Administrative Officer to join the team.
Please note that candidates must reside in Ajah, otherwise will not be shortlisted.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage office supplies stock and place orders.
Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets.
Maintain and update company databases.
Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents.
Answer queries by employees and clients Update office policies as needed.
Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments.
Distribute and store correspondence (e.g. letters, emails and packages).
Requirements B.Sc / HND in any related degree with at least two (2) years experience in construction and construction management.
