We are looking for Team Lead, Digital Marketing to develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels.
Job Expectations
Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, social media and display advertising campaigns
Design, build and maintain our social media presence across all digital channels
Have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and maximize them to Tolet.com.ng’s advantage
Be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.
Work with the marketing team, and supporting teams to launch campaigns on time and on budget
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals
Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
Collaborate with internal teams such as I.T, design, and sales to create landing pages, optimize user experience and increase client satisfaction through cohesive strategies
Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
Stay up to date on and evaluate emerging digital technology developments and their relevance to Tolet.com.ng business operations
Develop specific campaigns to create and maintain high levels of customer interaction
Manage and improve online content, considering SEO and Google Analytics
Forecast sales performance trends and act proactively to increase our market segment
Monitor competition and provide ideas for Tolet.com.ng stand out
Requirements The ideal candidate must:
Have a proven working experience in digital marketing
Have demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
Demonstrable experience in designing and implementing successful digital marketing campaigns
Strong understanding of how all current digital marketing channels function
Familiarity with web design
Excellent analytical and project management skills
Be highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
Have experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
Have experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
Have solid knowledge of online marketing tools, best practices and website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
Have working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas)
Have experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
Have working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
Have strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
Be up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations, Mass Communication, Business, Marketing or Advertising
Proficiency with the MS Office Suite including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Minimum of three years of experience working for a print or online publication
Remuneration Salary is competitive and commensurate with experience.
