Design, deploy, and enhance the Project HSE Management System to ensure ongoing effectiveness and compliance with established standards.

Ensure strict adherence to Nigerian regulatory frameworks, client-specific mandates, and globally recognized international standards.

Foster a proactive safety culture throughout every project activity and among all contractors.

Conduct thorough risk assessments, evaluate Job Hazard Analyses (JMA), review Method Statements, and oversee Permit-to-Work procedures to ensure compliance and safety standards are met.

Monitor activities that pose significant risks, identifying and evaluating potential hazards to ensure workplace safety and compliance with established protocols.
