Job Description

Design suitable process for development team to use during App enhancement
Inspection of vehicles to be placed on the platform
Activate drivers to the platform
Activate Corporate Account for Corporate clients
Generate invoice on completed transaction for Corporate Clients
Create and update database for Corporate Client
Generate weekly reports
Point of contact for support when in need of drivers for transactions
Point of contact for drivers when they have issue with app or ongoing transaction
Ensure driver weekly payment
Maintain IT infrastructures and connectivity within the office
Review drivers payment schedule as well as post payment issues.
Any other duty saddled upon me.
