The OOH Sales Executive—ideally female to support gender diversity—plays a pivotal role in expanding revenue by identifying, cultivating, and finalizing sales opportunities across outdoor advertising platforms, including billboards, LED screens, transit media, and additional OOH formats. This position encompasses prospecting new clients, maintaining and growing existing accounts, crafting tailored proposals, negotiating contracts, and overseeing campaign delivery to meet client objectives. Candidates must possess in-depth expertise in the Nigerian advertising ecosystem, a deep understanding of agency dynamics, and proficiency in direct-to-brand marketing strategies.
Oversee a comprehensive range of critical responsibilities, including but not limited to managing daily operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and fostering a productive work environment. Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance efficiency, drive innovation, and meet organizational goals. Identify and pursue new client prospects across diverse sectors such as brands, agencies, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), political campaigns, and non-governmental organizations (NGOs).
Cultivate and sustain a robust pipeline of prospective advertisers.
Forge and nurture enduring partnerships with advertising agencies and brand managers to ensure sustained collaboration and mutual growth.
Craft media proposals, engage in rate negotiations, and finalize contractual agreements to secure optimal terms for the organization.
Collaborate with the operations team to coordinate site bookings and facilitate the seamless execution of campaigns.
Monitor campaign performance metrics and deliver documentation confirming posting or execution as required.
Monitor sales performance in relation to established targets and compile weekly reports summarizing revenue metrics.
Conduct ongoing analysis of competitor strategies and deliver comprehensive market intelligence to inform strategic decision-making.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required; alternatively, relevant experience may be considered. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++ is essential. Strong problem-solving skills and experience with software development methodologies are necessary. Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and DevOps practices is a plus. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities are expected. Must be able to work independently and manage multiple projects efficiently. Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, mass communication, or a closely related discipline is required.

A solid grasp of the regulatory framework governing outdoor advertising in Nigeria, encompassing guidelines from the Lagos State Advertising Agency (LASSA), the Advertising Practitioners Council of Nigeria (APRON), and relevant state-level authorities, is required.
Possesses strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
