Details:Responsibilities
Develop & implement short term plans in order to ensure effective customer coverage and awareness.
Educate clients about our services.
Network effectively & build meaningful relationships with key customers & opinion leaders in own territory and constantly manage their expectations.
Liaise with and persuade targeted health facilities to incorporate our services.
Increase market penetration and monitor performance against planned objectives in own area & take action to close the gap.
Establish effective relationships and collaborations with other team members to address key business issues and opportunities
Provide reports & feedback pertaining to trends/opportunities.
Attend and participate in the organization of clinical meetings, presentation, training sessions, seminars and exhibitions.
Ensure timely completion & updating of all sales/event reports & the related administration.
Candidate Requirement
Bachelor’s degree in science.
Not less than 1 year working experience in the marketing and sales of products/services.
Excellent communication, negotiation and sales skills.
Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
