Job Description

Ensures the achievement of targeted sample volume
To control costs of maintenance, repair, replacement, and fleet related expenses
To effectively handle all client requests and ensure that clients receive fast, efficient and courteous service
To pick up samples from hospitals ensure timely delivery to the laboratory
To identify new hospitals/business opportunities for sample collection
To liaise with client services officers and other staff to resolve client issues
To identify new hospitals/business opportunities for sample collection
To meet target number of doctors/laboratory personnel daily
To maintain relevant documentation for dispatched items
To prepare and submit weekly activity log book
Responsible for daily maintenance of motorcycle, documentation and technical trouble shooting as required
To comply with health and safety policies and ensure safety always
To appropriately handle all pathology specimens in accordance with the organisations Safety SOP’s

Minimum Qualifications

An OND in any discipline
Ability to use MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Minimum of 1-3 years’ experience in a similar role
Good written and spoken communication
Good customer service skills
Results Driven.
Problem Solving
Ability to multi-task.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Team Player
Good interpersonal skills
