A Minimum of First Degree in Management/Social Science or Business Administration.
A professional qualification in Human Resource or Personnel Management will be an added advantage.

Have at least 5 years cognate experience in HR.
Working knowledge/experience in Nigeria labor law and legal resources.
Have high degree of professionalism and discretionary ability.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers.
Excellent written and spoken communication skills
Good knowledge of report writing
Excellent organization skill.
Ability to organize trainings for staff.
Must work well under pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic organization.
Ability to work independently and also as a team member.
Good IT skill with ability to work with Microsoft Office suite and HR systems.
