The ideal candidate will design and deliver stimulating lessons in Business Studies and National Values Education (EVE), fostering students’ intellectual growth, ethical awareness, and holistic development.
Oversee and execute a comprehensive range of critical duties, including the development and implementation of strategic initiatives, meticulous project management, and the maintenance of high operational standards. Ensure alignment with organizational objectives by coordinating cross-functional teams, monitoring progress, and delivering measurable outcomes. Provide leadership in identifying opportunities for improvement, optimizing processes, and fostering a culture of accountability and excellence. Additionally, analyze performance metrics, prepare detailed reports, and present actionable insights to senior stakeholders to support data-driven decision-making.
Perform instructional duties in accordance with established teaching frameworks, approved lesson plans, and institutional guidelines to ensure consistent and high-quality educational delivery.
Employ modern, student-centered instructional approaches to deliver Business Studies and National Values Education (EVE) with excellence.
Develop comprehensive lesson plans, assignments, classroom exercises, assessments, and examination materials that adhere strictly to established curriculum guidelines.
Evaluate learners’ academic advancement and deliver insightful evaluations regarding the efficacy and comprehensiveness of educational strategies and instructional approaches.
Collaborate with the Remedial Teacher to assess students with special learning needs and devise tailored intervention strategies to support their academic progress.
Maintain classroom order by enforcing disciplinary measures, imposing approved penalties for minor infractions, and immediately reporting significant disciplinary concerns to the Sectional Head.
Deliver compassionate pastoral care while fostering the academic, social, moral, and emotional growth of students.
You will evaluate students’ classwork, tests, projects, assignments, and examinations with precision and efficiency, ensuring timely and accurate grading.
Continuously track and document students’ progress, behavior, and accomplishments, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
Develop and sustain productive relationships with parents or guardians to ensure transparent updates on students’ academic progress and overall well-being.
Foster a culture of teamwork, collaboration, and a constructive learning atmosphere throughout the school community.
Engage proactively in staff meetings, school programs, training sessions, and extracurricular initiatives to contribute effectively to the school community.
Requirements
A bachelor’s degree in Business Education, Economics, Educational Management, Social Studies, or a closely related field is required.
Candidates possessing TRCN certification will be given preference.
A minimum of three years of teaching experience in a secondary school setting is required.
Possesses a comprehensive understanding of the Business Studies and National Values Education curricula.
Effective classroom management abilities and strong communication skills are essential for this role.
Possesses a strong capacity to energize and guide students in attaining both academic proficiency and ethical integrity.
