HR Systems Manager

Job Description

The HR Systems Manager has overall responsibility for the management and oversight of our company’s HR system related projects.
You will have responsibility for driving HR systems project implementation, project prioritization, and providing input into our overall Human Resources Systems strategy and planning.
You will also be responsible for linking technology improvements and HR process improvements in areas such as Compensation and Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, Strategic Workforce Planning, Employee and Manager Self Service and Employee Performance Management.

Job Duties

Manage all HR Technology solutions including the Time and Attendance system and collaborate with IT in the application implementation, maintenance, and ongoing operations.
Development of Applications and workflows to streamline and improve the efficiency of HR’s service delivery to the organization.
Deploying cost-effective and customizable technologies to improve the efficiency of HR’s service delivery to the organization.
Managing the company’s web portals and scripts located within.
Investigate, analyze and resolve user problems, application bugs and subsequent problem resolution.
Monitoring of external services and accounts such as hosting, domains to ensure availability of services when needed.
Stays abreast of latest technology advancements in HR technologies.
Learning Management Support; Talent Sourcing through social media / digital platforms.
Managing the compilation of company’s corporate communication channels mainly through the company newsletter.
Content Management for the company’s corporate communication channels.
Ensure confidential and appropriate security and access with the systems in place.
Performing of other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree or Higher.
4-7 years HRIS systems experience or information systems or equivalent work experience.
Experienced in advanced technology, business applications, development, methodology, databases or operating systems related to the Human Resources business functions.
Very strong customer service orientation required.
Able to learn, understand, and apply new technologies.
Solutions-oriented with a desire for continual process improvement.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Highly self-motivated and directed.
Previous experience with HRIS software or technologies.
Demonstrated ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language.
Strong analytical, problem solving, and conceptual skills.
Technical and/or business/project management certifications an added advantage.
