Job Description
Hospitality & Front-of-House: Manage the front desk experience and serve as the first point of contact for employees and guests.
Handle the coordination of domestic and international flight arrangements, hotel reservations, and visa application procedures for diverse destinations.
Workspace Operations: Maintain a pristine, orderly, and fully operational office environment while coordinating facility repairs and procurement in partnership with the operations team.
Craft and oversee a diverse range of in-office events, team-building exercises, and educational workshops designed to strengthen team cohesion and cultivate a vibrant workplace culture.
By leveraging digital platforms and internal directories, this role fosters meaningful connections between remote and on-site team members, ensuring seamless collaboration and inclusivity across all locations.
You will foster strong relationships by proactively addressing concerns, mediating conflicts, and advocating for an exceptional employee experience.
Collecting and evaluating feedback is essential to enhance service quality and facility standards. This process involves systematically gathering input and assessing its implications to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
Develop and deliver exceptional, high-value interactions for all business stakeholders at every interaction point.
Key Requirements
Exceptional communication skills are essential, encompassing the capacity to articulate workspace policies and guidelines effectively, orchestrate networking events with confidence, and cultivate an inclusive and hospitable environment for all participants.
With a minimum of two to three years of hands-on experience in domestic and international flight arrangements, hotel reservations, and a solid understanding of visa application procedures across multiple countries, the ideal candidate will bring valuable expertise to this role.
Empathy and active listening are critical skills for comprehending employees’ daily challenges, nurturing authentic relationships, and resolving conflicts effectively.
The role demands exceptional organizational skills to effectively manage concurrent responsibilities, including daily front-desk operations, tour bookings, and workspace coordination.
Event planning and facilitation involve curating and coordinating team-building exercises, social events, and professional gatherings to sustain a dynamic and cohesive community atmosphere.
The Community Manager must demonstrate quick and effective problem-solving skills, addressing urgent issues such as Wi-Fi disruptions, overbooked meeting spaces, or guest concerns with speed and professionalism.
Proficiency in digital communication platforms and member directories is essential to ensure seamless connectivity between remote and on-site employees, with familiarity in tools such as Slack, Google Workspace, or Microsoft 365 required.
Proficiency in platforms such as Microsoft Teams and similar workplace management software constitutes a favorable qualification.
Exceptional ability to establish and maintain strong relationships, both individually and collectively.
A background in administration, hospitality, and the luxury industry, along with prior experience as a community manager, would be advantageous.
