Poise and Etiquettes Team is looking for HR Coordinators to support exciting companies in Lagos
The ideal candidates will be enthusiastic, hard working and charged by multitasking.
Responsibilities
Coordinate On-Boarding Processes, including account set-up, conduction of new hire orientation, and collect/process all required new hire paperwork
Act as the first point of contact for HR/Payroll questions and refer to appropriate staff if necessary
Input data into databases and utilize databases to generate reports and access information
Ensure timely set-up of meetings and training sessions including preparing materials and invite lists
Create and maintain all employee personnel files and other filing systems in a manner that ensure compliance with federal and state laws
Assist with calendaring and other administrative duties as necessary
Qualifications
1-3 years HR experience
Please be tech smart, have 1-3 years of experience within an HR setting and be willing to provide support to HR management.
Strong customer service and communication skills
Detail oriented and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Experience in planning events and building company culture
Strong Microsoft suit skills
