Human Resources Assistant

Job Description

We are currently recruiting for the role of Human Resource Assistant who will be responsible for handling all aspects of the human resource administration as well as supporting HR/Engagement initiatives as needed.

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences or related disciplines
Minimum of 1 year working experience in Human resources
Candidate must be tech savvy with good knowledge of social media/digital platforms
Knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Knowledge in Web designing and management will be an added advantage

Qualifications & Characteristics:

As the ideal candidate for the HR Assistant, you are responsible for:
Sourcing for candidates to fill vacancies in the organization
Screening of CVs for compliance with position specifications
Scheduling for and making all arrangements for tests and interviews
Maintaining the HR database with records for all employees
Ensuring that employee background checks are conducted for all employees.
Ensuring that new employee documents are properly filed
Maintaining the HR Files for employees
Providing HR support for employee queries
Providing Support in handling of social media platforms
