The successful candidate will monitor leave, captures the variable elements of the payroll establish the monthly pay slips; establish the balances of all accounts at the end of the contract and prepare the declarations with the collecting bodies, manage the cashbox and bank book, pay suppliers and daily workers, constantly keep good records of all transactions, will be in charge with writing of cheques for suppliers, will be in charge of encoding all documents, responsible of archive documentation.
Applicants should have a post basic qualification in accounting, at least one-year post qualifying experience and in possession of a diploma in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance or related field.
Required to be organised and having a good knowledge of Sage, Knowledge of accounting system specially on principle of accounting.
Experience working in Humanitarian context and specially in Local or International NGO, and knowledge of local language (Hausa or Kanuri) is an added advantage.
