Job Description
We are currently in need of a HR Systems Analyst. This position is mainly responsible for providing Technology-driven support to the Human resources department.
Essential Duties
Development of Applications and workflows to streamline and improve the efficiency of HR’s service delivery to the organization
Deployment cost-effective and customizable technologies to improve the efficiency of HR’s service delivery to the organization
Investigate, Analyze and resolve user problems, application bugs and subsequent problem resolution
Managing the company’s web portals and scripts located within.
Providing technical support to employees on website / software issues.
Monitoring of external services and accounts such as hosting, domains to ensure availability of services when needed.
Graphic Design and Multimedia support such as video editing, video uploads e.t.c.
Learning Management Support; Talent Sourcing through social media / digital platforms
Content Management for the company’s corporate communication channels
Performing of other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Minimum of OND
Application / Software development with knowledge of relevant programming languages
Wordpress and Web development
Graphic Design
Video Editing.
Social Media/Digital platforms.
