Franchise Area Manager

PRINCIPAL DUTIESThe successful candidate’s responsibilities include but not limited to the following;

Assist the CEO with business planning, budgeting, forecasting, strategy, corporate reporting and special projects as needed
Should be able to identify and recruit suitable Franchisees
Assist Franchisees through the application, training and deployment phases by working closely with both the Franchisee and the Company’s employees in the relevant areas
Tightly manage the Franchisees to maximize sales and ensure full compliance with the Company’s policies
Providing the first line IT support to Franchisees
In charge of terminating non-complying Franchisees
Report Area’s performance to manager on a weekly basis

QUALIFICATION

Minimum of a university degree
Two to three-year experience in similar role
Computer savvy
Good marketing skills
Financial analysis and a basic understanding of accounting principles.
Experience and proven track record in managing budgets, implementing cost controls and driving profitability.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Disciplined time management, planning, and organizational skills.
Problem-solving skills and judgment.
Good knowledge of Ikeja-Oshodi Route
