HR Intern (NYSC)

Job DescriptionWe are looking for a prolific and talented HR Content Creator to write and produce various blog content and manage our website’s social media accounts with the aim of expanding our digital footprint, awareness, subscribers, and leads. This role requires a high level of creativity and attention to detail skills.
Responsibilities

Creating concise, eye-catching, and innovative headlines and body copy
Source for HR jobs from designated websites and uploading the jobs on the website daily
Updating & managing companies information
Research ideas and facts pertinent to the type of content/topic assigned
Develop engaging content for articles, blogs, stories and social media to entice and engage audience
Any other duty as may be reasonably assigned

To be an HR trainee you should have:

Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related fields preferred
Currently in the NYSC program or awaiting NYSC
Must be resident in Lagos State
A genuine interest in developing a career in HR
Solid understanding of Microsoft Office Suite and Excel
Excellent overall writing skills in a number of different styles/tones
Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel etc.)
The ability to act in a confidential and sensitive manner
An interest in working with people
The ability to work as part of a team
The ability to work accurately, with good attention to detail
