Job Summary

We invite proactive and driven NYC Corps Members to contribute to our dynamic Sales and Marketing team in the capacity of Sales Representatives.

The ideal candidates will spearhead the promotion and marketing of the company’s products, cultivate a steady stream of qualified leads, and contribute to the expansion of overall sales.

Oversee the execution of critical operational duties to ensure seamless workflow and adherence to established standards. Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance efficiency, productivity, and overall performance within the team. Collaborate with cross-functional departments to align objectives, resolve challenges, and drive continuous improvement. Maintain rigorous compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies while fostering a culture of accountability and excellence. Lead project planning, resource allocation, and risk assessment to optimize outcomes and mitigate potential obstacles. Provide mentorship and guidance to team members to cultivate talent, encourage professional growth, and strengthen collective capabilities. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate detailed reports to evaluate progress, identify trends, and support data-driven decision-making.

Drive proactive engagement with the company’s product offerings, cultivating interest and demand among potential customers through strategic outreach and promotional initiatives.

Develop and pursue targeted outreach strategies to cultivate new client relationships and foster sales prospects.

Deliver comprehensive instruction to customers regarding product functionalities, advantages, and associated costs.

Foster strong customer connections to promote ongoing patronage and cultivate loyalty.

Deliver measurable results by consistently meeting or exceeding assigned sales targets and performance benchmarks.

Analyze and evaluate customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities to deliver actionable insights and recommendations.

Facilitate and execute promotional initiatives, marketing campaigns, and field marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

Diligently document and communicate daily sales performance metrics with precision.

Requirements

Must currently serve as a National Youth Service Corps (NYC) member.

Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, along with a talent for fostering positive interpersonal relationships, are essential.

Demonstrates a proactive approach to continuous learning and thrives in high-performance settings driven by measurable objectives.

Proven capacity to operate autonomously while also collaborating effectively within a team environment.

A background in sales, marketing, or customer service is beneficial.

Maintains a positive attitude, demonstrates strong discipline, and upholds a professional work ethic consistently.
