Details:
Responsible for making and maintaining the image of organization by answering inquiries and providing information about the company with utmost professionalism.
Answer inquiries about company.
Maintain image of company by example and utmost professionalism
Greet visitors warmly and make sure they are comfortable.
Schedule meetings and conference room
Ensure reception area is tidy.
Coordinate mail flow in and out of office.
Coordinate office activities.
Arrange appointments.
Collect and distribute parcels and other mails.
Take and relay messages.
Responsible for answering and routing call
Ensure that all documents are placed in their respective files for easy retrieval.
Occasionally works on special projects.
Co-ordination of record keeping of Visiting Cards, Utility Payments , and Printing of Stationary by the Admin Officer
Provide communication systems by identifying needs; evaluating options;
Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; benchmarking professional standards; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks.
Other Duties as required by the HR / Admin Manager.Education Qualification:Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.Professional Qualification:CIPM, CIPD, SHRM or any related professional qualification would be an added advantageExperienceMinimum 3 years relevant experience.KEY COMPETENCIES REQUIRED (THE SKILLS REQUIRED FOR THE JOB):
