Job Description
To provide supervision, direction, and quality control of personnel and activities according to policies, rules, and regulations of the diagnostic center.
Plan and execute events at the centre.
Heads and manages the centre and will also handle all non-medical activities like billings, collections, customer care, patient queries, administration, IT etc.
Liaise and coordinate with all technical and maintenance sections for operational purposes.
Liaise with Government Agencies as regards regulatory bodies.
Improves program and service quality by devising new applications; updating procedures; evaluating system results with users.
Provides communication systems by identifying needs; evaluating options; maintaining equipment; approving invoices.
Accomplishes staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures
Maintains continuity among corporate, division, and local work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
Provides communication systems by identifying needs; evaluating options; maintaining equipment; approving invoices.
Requirements
Education Possession of a bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences or any related field.
Knowledge Knowledge of administration.
Skills Well-developed administrative and management skills.
Must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good customer relationship.
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office tools.
Must possess team spirit.
Required licensure, certification, etc Not required.
Work Experience Professional experience of at least three (3) years.
Problem Solving:
Proactive in proffering solutions to operational needs.
Information Management
Ability to adhere to strict confidentiality. Does not disclose facility information to unauthorized persons.
Working Conditions
Work requires standing and/or working for extended periods of time.
Work may require staying extra hours at work, when necessary.
Work may require travelling/leaving the job to acquire more training or to register operations for the facility.
