Develop, execute, and enhance the Project Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Management System on an ongoing basis.

Maintain complete adherence to Nigerian regulatory frameworks, client-specific mandates, and established international standards.

Foster a culture of proactive safety throughout all project phases and among all contractors.

Conduct comprehensive risk assessments, Job Hazard Analyses (JMA), Method Statement reviews, and administer Permit-to-Work processes.

A minimum of ten years of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) experience is required, with a focus on large-scale marine, offshore, port, dredging, or heavy civil engineering projects.

Proven expertise in global standards and leading practices, including ISO 45001, ISO 14001, IFC guidelines, and OSHA regulations.

Professional experience in projects involving port rehabilitation, quay wall construction, jetties, breakwaters, marine terminals, or dredging is strongly preferred.

Proven capability in overseeing expansive, diverse teams comprising employees from various cultural backgrounds as well as external contractors.
