To have and maintain a thorough understanding of the technology protocols, messaging, KPIs, configuration parameters.
Working within Product Engineering team
Working at the back – end of an application
Work with software developers on implementation of new technology-specific features, new use cases and features.
Participate in functional and regression testing of new work from developers and software architects.
Assisting 2nd-level Support with analysis and advice on existing and upcoming products.
Develop user requirements from business cases and customer input.
Knowledge transfer of new products and new product features within the organization.
Problem Solving & Decision Making
Experience:Total experience: 2 – 3 years of hardcore expereince in software/application supportEducation:A degree in engineering or related fieldResidence:Lagos Nigeria
