Project Manager

Job description:

Participate actively and provide required technical input during bidding/tendering process and ensure proper management of contract when awarded.
Establish project requirements, policies, organization and schedule
Monitor project team and drive successful delivery of projects to meet client’s expectations, contractual requirement, milestones and timelines
Review adequacy and effectiveness of quality system in satisfying project quality and other compliance requirements.
Develop and defend project budgets, with clear milestones and deliverables as well as effectively manage project’s cash flow.
Develop work procedure(s) for projects to achieve efficient utilization and control of personnel and other resources
Negotiate all work requests and change orders with Clients as well as review and sign off all work requests and change orders.
Ensure strict adherence to HSE policies and procedures and comply with safe work methods as required.

In addition, the role requires at least 15 years’ experience in the Oil & Gas industry and a particular focus in Pipeline Construction.
