Responsibilities include:
Undertake continued appraisal of broiler farm to ensure optimal performance is being achieved.
Prioritizes tasks and ensure the safety and efficiency of the poultry farm operations.
Record data and create reports on budget, supplies and animal growth.
Ensure adequate Feeding of birds and take routine weights of the birds from time to time.
Undertake Facilities Assessments on broiler farms.
Control and co-ordinate all Broiler Farm activities for the achievement of short and long term business objectives and increased profit.
Ensure that all vaccines, treatments and medicines are administered as required and in the appropriate manner.
Continue further Education in the husbandry associated with the efficient production of broilers.
Qualification:
Applicant must have a degree in Animal Science or any other relevant field.
Applicant must be ready to engage in further research, industry based Education.
Applicant must be resident in Ikorodu.
Applicant must be ready to work on weekends with a flexible work schedule.
