Details:
Shortlist, interview, and select qualified candidates to fill vacant positions existing in the organization
Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward the company’s goals
Set-up of HR policies in alignment with the company’s core values
Coordinate communication between the personnel and the management.
Handle all personnel transactions such as confirmations, promotions, transfers and performance review
Advise management on appropriate resolution of employee relations issues and carries out disciplinary actions when necessary
Respond to inquiries regarding policies and other allied documents
Ensures that the Company is compliant with all Federal labour law, e.g. working hours, wages, leave sickness, severance benefits etc.
Administer performance review program to ensure effectiveness, compliance, and equity within the organization
Manage benefits programs such as life insurance, health, pension plans, vacation, sick leave, leave of absence, and employee support
Prepare and manage the HR departmental budget
Prepare employee separation notices, related documentation and conduct exit interviews to determine reasons behind resignation
