Job Summary

We are in search of a highly efficient, detail-oriented, and proactive Office Assistant to support daily administrative functions and office operations.

Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience is required. Proficiency in relevant software applications or tools is essential. Responsible for organizing and maintaining filing systems, records, and office documentation to ensure accuracy and accessibility.

Respond to incoming calls, emails, and correspondence with professionalism and efficiency.

Provide support in coordinating meetings and overseeing office scheduling systems.

Maintain a clean, orderly, and efficient office environment to support daily operations effectively.

Provide support for document reproduction, including photocopying, scanning, and printing, as well as the distribution of materials.

Greet visitors warmly and escort them to the intended destination or relevant staff members.

Perform additional administrative tasks as directed, ensuring all assigned responsibilities are completed efficiently and accurately.
