JOB PURPOSE Key Responsibility is setting the direction of company’s distributive arm by establishing long-range goals, strategies, plans and policies, developing and implementing a comprehensive internal and external marketing plan that would increase revenues and profit. SPECIFIC DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Design and establish a distribution model for the brand across the country.
Oversee the set up and commissioning of distribution outlets.
Responsible for meeting global targets.
Responsible for building partner network and signing up new partners
Participate in the development of the corporation’s plans and programs as a strategic partner.
Develop and implement strategic marketing plan.
Develop and implement a strategic sales plan including developing and mentoring sales force.
Provide strategic financial input and leadership on decision making issues affecting the organization
Monitors external and internal environment for development of new market segments.
Assists in or produces feasibility studies/business plans for new product development.
Develops marketing campaigns for new products and services. This includes formulating a specific budget and expenditure plan for each.
Manages specific corporate programs.
Is responsible for recruitment and orientation.
Prepares marketing campaigns for new employees coming on board.
Responsible for the design, implementation and continuous improvement of dealer program
Responsible for the design, implementation and continuous improvement of company’s franchise model
Assists in developing an ongoing guest-relations program for our employees.
Demonstrates knowledge of and supports mission, vision, value statements, standards, policies and procedures, operating instructions, confidentiality standards, and the code of ethical behavior.
Assists in planning of any event for the Company.
Assists in developing an evaluation process to gain feedback from other outlets.
Develops and maintains marketing and sales budget
Evaluating marketing campaigns.

QUALIFICATION
Bachelors and Master degree in humanities or engineering fields
Must have background in Sales and Business development.
Sound experience with managing partner/dealer network.
Strong background in networking.
4-6 years of related industry experience in Telecommunications Communications, IT or similar sectors.
Contracts and negotiation experience.
