Data Recording & Job Management involves maintaining accurate records of job-related information and overseeing the efficient execution of assigned tasks. This role requires meticulous attention to detail to ensure all data is captured correctly and updated promptly. Responsibilities include recording job details, tracking progress, and managing documentation to support operational workflows, while adhering to established procedures and standards. Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously are essential for success in this position.

Maintain precise, real-time documentation within the job tracking system by logging all incoming requests, job updates, fault logs, and closure details.

Maintain an accurate and comprehensive log of all jobs, including those that are open, in progress, completed, or cancelled, ensuring proper documentation of dates, engineer assignments, and current status.

Accurately document all materials utilized for each task and promptly reconcile inventory records to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Organizing and maintaining records through efficient filing and archiving processes; ensuring all documents are properly labeled, stored, and retrievable for future reference.

All job cards, completion forms, fault reports, and project documents must be archived within 24 hours following the closure of a job.

Maintain a systematically structured physical and digital filing system by implementing uniform naming conventions and logical categorization methods.

Perform a monthly review of files to detect and address any deficiencies or missing documentation.

Reporting directly to the Senior Management team, this role involves delivering comprehensive updates on operational performance, strategic initiatives, and key metrics. The position requires the preparation of detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to ensure transparency and alignment with organizational goals. Additionally, the role entails presenting findings to stakeholders, conducting data analysis to identify trends, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather relevant information. Proficiency in advanced reporting tools and strong communication skills are essential to effectively convey insights and support data-driven decision-making.

Prepare the weekly department activity report, ensuring it is reviewed by the Fiber Back-office Team Lead prior to submission.

Develop a comprehensive monthly performance dashboard that encompasses key performance indicators, workload metrics, service level agreement adherence, and resource utilization tracking.

Prepare ad hoc reports upon request from the Team Lead or Head of Department.

The Backup Coordinator role involves providing essential support to the primary coordinator, ensuring seamless operations during absences or high-demand periods. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate records, coordinating schedules, and assisting with event planning and logistics. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. Requirement

Minimum qualifications include an Ordinary National Diploma (OND) or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Business Administration, Information Management, or a closely related discipline.

Seeking candidates with one to two years of experience in administrative, data entry, or records management roles, with telecoms experience considered advantageous.

Skilled in utilizing Microsoft Excel and Word, with a preference for candidates who have prior experience with job tracking or CRM systems.

Highly detail-oriented, meticulous, and dependable, with the ability to manage confidential information with the utmost discretion.
