Operate the shop in line with company brand policies and procedures.
Encourage shop staff to provide excellent service to customers at all times
Present the brand and its products with integrity.
Motivate and lead the shop staff.
Ensure sales and cost controls are carried out transparently.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitating sales to customers in compliance with all company policies and conditions.
Creating a transparent, proactive and motivating environment where staff can take responsibility.
Operate the store and manage goals and priorities to achieve the sales targets in units and in values.
Execution of various administrative tasks (receiving goods, handling vouchers, following banking procedures, handling product complaints, proper reporting etc.)
Controlling the daily tasks of the staff and providing regular feedback and evaluations of their performance
Leading, managing and coaching the sales team to develop “best practice”.
Ensuring that all in-store systems are used, updated and maintained in the correct way at all times by appropriate and properly trained staff.
Qualifications/Requirements
A good HND/ B.Sc degree in relevant field
1-3 years’ experience.
Proximity of applicant to Ajah will be added advantage.
Skills and Competencies:
Good computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite).
Good spoken and written English Language.
Friendly, warm and compassionate personality
Good administrative skills.
Proactive, smart and result oriented.
