Job Summary

We invite highly motivated and enthusiastic NYC Corps Members to apply for the position of Sales Representative within our dynamic Sales and Marketing team.

Additionally, the role requires analyzing operational data to identify trends, evaluating processes for continuous improvement, and maintaining compliance with company policies and regulatory standards. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential to guide teams, mentor staff, and interface with stakeholders at all levels. Demonstrate proactive efforts in marketing and promoting the company’s product offerings to potential customers.

Proactively seek out and engage with prospective clients to cultivate new business prospects.

Provide customers with detailed explanations regarding the features, advantages, and cost of available products to enhance their understanding and decision-making process.

Build and nurture strong customer relationships to foster loyalty and drive repeat purchases.

Consistently meet or surpass designated sales targets and performance benchmarks as established by management.

Analyze and assess customer requirements, market dynamics, and competitive actions to deliver strategic insights and actionable recommendations.

Develop and execute promotional initiatives, marketing campaigns, and localized field marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and engagement.

Maintain precise documentation of daily sales transactions and promptly submit corresponding reports.

Requirements

Must hold an active status as a member of the National Youth Service Corps (NYC).

Effectively convey ideas and collaborate with diverse teams, demonstrating exceptional verbal and written communication abilities. Build strong relationships through active listening and empathy to foster a productive work environment.

Demonstrates enthusiasm for continuous learning and thrives in a goal-oriented work environment.

Demonstrates strong self-motivation and the capacity to collaborate effectively with colleagues, whether operating autonomously or within a team setting.

A background in sales, marketing, or customer service is beneficial.
