Business Development Manager

Purpose of the Job

To break new grounds on developing business opportunities within new and existing markets
To provide the team with creative experience needed to gain competitive advantage
To act as an advocate on behalf of Edgebase Technologies in maintaining business relationships with clients.

Job Description/Requirements

Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers and sourcing for new customers Via meetings,calls and emails.
Visiting potential customers for new business.
Gathering market and customer information and providing customers with quotations.Provide at least market feedback on future buying trends.
Keeping up with product knowledge especially for products in stock.
Collect receivable for all account managed by you and manage monthly receivable.

Person Specification

Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
Experience in relating with clients in the IT world
Minimum of 2 years’ sales experience with the drive to achieve more.

Desired Skills:

Ability to work without supervision.
Excellent communication skills: verbal and written in relating with both staff and clients
Proficiency in the use of MS office tools (Word, Excel e.t.c)
Have the ability to multitask and work to meet tight deadlines.
