Buying Specialist

Job Description/ Requirements

Execute the procurement process for buying and conduct proactive expediting of orders to ensure on-time delivery
Obtain quotes daily for Goods or Services to be procured.
Establish and maintain sound stakeholder management principles
Assist/create Purchase Orders timeously as and when required
Maintain order tracking system/database inclusive of all relevant correspondence, and quotes.
Continuous research and market analysis on products to compare pricing & services with an ambition to enable proactive cost reduction and enhanced service quality.
A first degree or equivalent in any discipline, Minimum of 2nd Class Lower Division (2.2)
1-2 years experience in procurement and supply chain
Candidate should have a background in Quantity Survey
SAP, SRM Knowledge essential
Candidate must be 30 years and below.
