Job Responsibilities
Knowledge and understanding of Sales techniques like Pipelines, etc
Making appointments to meet new and existing customers
Understanding your customers’ needs
Making presentations to promote new products and special deals
Advising customers about delivery schedules and after-sales service
Keeping in contact with existing customers in person and by telephone
Watching your competitors and the products they are offering
Going to conferences and seminars and keeping up with industry trends
Meeting sales targets
Maintain necessary data& records for future reference
Writing reports for Management and operations review
Setting the Sales direction and strategy for given periods and seasons
Directing and leading the Sales team
Facilitating Sales strategy, motivational and training sessions
Qualifications Education:
Bachelor’s or MS Degree in Marketing with years of relevant experience in document management or printing or cosmetology industries
Other:
Knowledge of Sales applications (CRM) is mandatory
Professional Certification is an advantage
Master’s Degree is an advantage
Completion of National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program
