Job descriptionYour Responsibilities
Reconclie account recivables and payables
Maitain a high level of Customer Service
Monitor Shipment route
Provide eports to Customers and supervisor
Maintain and update computer database
Answer questions and resolve customer issues
Assist customer service specialist with other related duties
Input and reconcile freight bills as needed
Maintenance of equipment’s’ inventory
Management of project transport requirements
Your competencies and qualifications:
Good university degree or its equivalent
Minimum one year relevant experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent telephone skills
Detail orientated
Work well under pressure
Ability to read and interpret documents
Strong computer skills/knowledge
Good team player
