Front Desk Executive

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction
Receiving and directing visitors
Emailing, word processing, filing, and faxing.
Dealing with incoming and outgoing correspondence
Diary management and Preparation of reports
Assisting and contributing in general to front desk office coordination.
Maintaining confidentiality with regards to client information.
Interact with clients, vendors and visitors.

Requirements/Qualifications

B.Sc/HND/OND/NCE in English, Business, IT, Languages, Information science, Administration/Management or any related subjects
Customer care, communication and public relations skills
Articulate, cordial, hospitable and pleasant personality
Good telephone etiquette
Good people management and interpersonal
Fluency in an international foreign language is an added advantage
