Description:
He/She will identifying new sales leads, plan, oversee and be involved in all marketing initiatives;
He/She will develop negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations, examining risks and potentials;
He/She will develop business proposals for existing and new customers;
He/She will develop innovative strategies for retaining clients; this includes undertaking interviews in order to get feedback and incorporate it into the growth plan of the company;
He/She will engage in market research in order to identify new opportunities for business;
He/She must understand the trends in the company’s field of specialty;
He/She should be able to negotiate sales, find business partners;
He/She will be required to locate/propose potential business deals by contacting potential partners, discovering and exploring opportunities;
He/she will participate in media communication activities for the company; these activities include marketing press releases, websites, advertisements and social media content management;
He/She will explain to potential customers about the various benefits offered by company products or services, following them up so as to sell and close the business deals;
He/She will be required to screen potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential/financials, and evaluate the investment/business options;
He/She must be driven, passionate and persistent;
He/She must be result oriented.
